Admission Process
Our Admission & Billing Department functions 24×7 and is located on the first floor.
Room allotment is based on your preference and availability at the time of admission.
Our admissions team will assist you through the entire process, including treatment estimates and documentation.
You will be required to sign the estimation form and consent forms before admission.
Each patient will be issued an Attendant Pass and Visitor Pass upon admission.
Advance payment is mandatory and can be made via cash or credit/debit cards. Cheques are not accepted.
Patients using insurance must inform the admissions team and submit the required documents (insurance subject to availability).
Billing & Charges
Charges include:
Bed & room rent
Food (standard diet)
Professional consultations
Diagnostic/lab services
Surgeries, procedures, and medical equipment
Additional food or special diets are charged separately.
Final bills may differ from estimates due to unanticipated services or duration of stay.
Final billing is done only after all discharge processes are completed, which may take 3–4 hours.
Refunds
Keep all original receipts for deposits and advances.
Refunds above ₹5,000 will be processed via cheque within two working days.
Hand over the check-out slip to security upon discharge.
Discharge Process
Discharge is based on the treating doctor’s decision once the patient is medically fit.
The process includes:
Preparation of discharge summary
Pharmacy clearance
Final billing
TPA approval (for insurance patients)
Average discharge time: 3–4 hours, may be longer for insurance cases.

Visitor Policy
Visiting hours:
Morning: 08:00 AM – 09:00 AM
Evening: 05:00 PM – 07:00 PM
Only one visitor is allowed per patient at a time. (Two for deluxe/suite rooms)
Children under the age of 8 are not allowed.
Visitors must:
Speak softly and respect hospital decorum
Leave the room when doctors/nurses attend
Avoid crowding near ICUs, OTs, or corridors
General Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited in hospital premises.
Maintain silence at all times to avoid disturbing other patients.
Parking is available. Security staff will guide you.
One attendant per patient is permitted to stay overnight with a valid attendant pass.
Family Participation
We encourage family members to:
Be involved in the healing process
Offer emotional support
Help with basic comfort and care
Create a positive recovery environment
Patients’ Responsibilities
As a patient, you are expected to:
Provide complete and honest health information
Abide by hospital policies
Show respect to hospital staff, patients, and visitors
Maintain scheduled appointments and notify in advance for changes
Follow the treatment plan advised by your doctors
Avoid self-medication or sharing of prescriptions
Be cooperative and patient during emergencies or delays
Settle hospital bills on time
Attend all follow-up consultations
